How does Menza connect to Delighted?
You connect with your Delighted API key. It's encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI, and used only to call the official Delighted API on your behalf — no CSV exports and no manual response downloads.
What can Menza answer about my Delighted data?
Anything in your feedback programme: survey responses and their comments, NPS and satisfaction scores, contacts, unsubscribes and bounces. Ask how NPS moved this quarter, which themes drive detractors, or which contacts have never been surveyed.
Is my Delighted data safe with Menza?
Yes. Your key is encrypted, never exposed to the AI, and Menza only accesses what it permits. Menza can take actions in Delighted — adding contacts, triggering sends, managing unsubscribes — but every action waits for your explicit approval.
Will Menza survey my customers without asking?
No. Menza can propose a send — say, re-surveying accounts that went quiet — but nothing goes out until you approve it. Unapproved proposals simply expire; your customers only ever hear from you when you've said yes.
