You connect with your Teamtailor API key. It's encrypted at rest, used only to call the official Teamtailor API, and never shown to the AI. Menza then reads your jobs, candidates and applications live — nothing exported, nothing duplicated into another system.
What can Menza answer about my Teamtailor data?
Anything the ATS holds: jobs, candidates, applications, users, departments and pipeline stages. Ask which candidates are stalled and where, how applications convert stage to stage, which jobs attract the most candidates, or how each department's hiring compares.
Is my Teamtailor data safe with Menza?
