RUN YOUR PACKIYO WAREHOUSE ON ANSWERS, NOT HUNCHES.
Connect Packiyo to Menza and ask what's happening across your orders, inventory, shipments and warehouses — what's stuck, what's short, what needs reordering. Menza reads it live through the official Packiyo API, and when something needs doing — a purchase order raised, an order re-prioritised — it proposes the action and waits for your approval.

What can Menza do with Packiyo?
Reorder before you sell out
Menza watches inventory against sales velocity, proposes a purchase order when stock runs thin, and — once you approve — creates it in Packiyo with the right quantities and supplier.
Find stuck orders fast
Ask which orders haven't shipped inside your SLA and Menza reads orders and shipments live, grouping the stragglers by warehouse and cause, so the backlog gets worked in the right order.
See inventory across every location
Stock on hand by product, location and warehouse in one answer — including what's inbound on open purchase orders — so allocation decisions use the complete picture.

Packiyo questions, answered.
How does Menza connect to Packiyo?
With your Packiyo API key: paste it once and Menza stores it encrypted at rest. The key is never shown to the AI — requests run through a secured layer that injects it server-side. Setup takes a minute; after that, your warehouse answers questions.
What can Menza answer about my Packiyo data?
Anything across orders, products, inventory, shipments, purchase orders, locations and warehouses — unshipped orders by age, stock cover per SKU, inbound quantities on open POs, shipment volumes by carrier and warehouse. Plain-English questions, answered from the live API.
Is my Packiyo data safe with Menza?
Yes. Your API key is encrypted at rest and never exposed to the AI, and Menza accesses only what the key permits. It can take actions in Packiyo, but each one is proposed first and waits for your explicit approval — nothing is created or changed without you.
Can Menza create purchase orders for me?
It can propose them. When stock cover drops below your supplier's lead time, Menza drafts the purchase order — product, quantity, supplier — and shows it to you. Only once you approve does it create the PO in Packiyo, so replenishment stays fast but under your control.
