How does Menza connect to Duoplane?
You connect with your Duoplane API credentials. They're encrypted at rest, never shown to the AI, and used only to call the official Duoplane API on your behalf — no order exports, no vendor spreadsheets.
What can Menza answer about my Duoplane data?
Anything the API exposes: purchase orders, shipments, orders and order items, products, inventory and PO comments. Ask what's overdue, which vendor is slipping, where inventory is thin, or how this month's fulfilment speed compares with last.
Is my Duoplane data safe with Menza?
Yes. Your credentials are encrypted, never exposed to the AI, and Menza only accesses what they permit. Menza can make changes in Duoplane — commenting on or updating POs — but every action waits for your explicit approval first.
Can Menza chase vendors for me?
Within Duoplane, yes: it can propose chase comments or date updates on the affected purchase orders and apply them once you approve, so the follow-up is recorded where the vendor works. It won't contact anyone outside Duoplane on your behalf.
